The work was good. They forgot about our appointment and didn’t come until we called to remind them. Then they lost our check….. But seem like nice guys.
Communication with owner was not satisfactory. Did not know what to expect during the process. We did not know how to prepare for the job. Our house was not always treated respectfully. Workers were polite and foam installation was good. We felt that the house should have been put back as it was before the job started.
Rock-Crete Is a Great company to work with. We were recommended by a relative. They quoted us right away and were on the job site the next day. Very fast, they show up on time and are reliable. Greg is professional and kind. His crew is also courteous and professional as well. Thank you again!
