I was having issues at my Barracks home with my breaker shorting out, so I called University Electric and they sent out Kyle to my house within less than an hour of calling. Then Kyle was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in getting my breaker replaced. I’m 100% satisfied with my entire experience and I will only call University Electric for my future electrical needs!
The technician, Jose, that came out to fix and replace several of my outlets was great. He was on time (only a 30 min window which was awesome) and took care of everything I saw needed doing and went through and made sure there weren’t things I missed and took care of those as well.
