The tech, James W. was great! Very friendly and easy to work with and knew what he was doing. My only complaint was the bill. I realize plumbers are expensive and especially in an emergency but still a bill of nearly $600 for less then 1.5 hours of work seems a little steep. The only parts included in that bill were 2 shut offs. If I am just rating James, then 5 stars. Services: Faucet repair, Plumbing leak repair
Joe O. was extremely professional and knowledgeable when fixing my Central Air unit over the weekend! My home was burning up and Joe politely explained that my capacitor (which is like a battery) went out on my unit and told me I would be up and running soon. Sure enough, he took care of business and gained a loyal customer in the process! Thank you Joe, if you are reading this :-)
