We have used the Cedar Hill location for Ellis AC and Heating for over 15 years and have been very pleased not only with the quality of the service provided, but also with the professionalism and courtesy of all their staff. Most recently one of our AC units stopped working in 100+ degree weather on a weekend. I left a message on Sunday and Julie called me back at 8AM Monday and they were able to have a tech (Denny) come out before noon. He diagnosed the problem (fan motor) and replaced it and we were back up and running very quickly. Denny has helped us several times in the past, but all of the Ellis techs we have been to our home are pros who know what they are doing and resolve problems.
