I just had my roof replaced by Shield Roofing and Contracting Inc. of Dallas, Texas. It looks great. They are a great company to work with and showed professionalism in their work. All of my interactions with their representatives were positive and any questions I had were quickly addressed. I was impressed with their choice of the best materials to address my roofing needs. The work was all completed in one day even though additional items were needed. Several areas on my roof such as rotted wood required special attention and they were quickly taken care of. The crew were well managed, and everyone did their work well and were respectful of my home. My impression of all of the representatives was great; they wanted to be sure I was pleased with their work. I would highly recommend them for any roofing needs. To be clear, I'm normally not the kind of person that writes reviews. With that, considering the experience I had with Shield Roofing, I had to do my part to insure they got all their flowers. Everyone involved from the owner, his wife, their customer service representative and the roofing tech. All went above and beyond, to make sure I was happy with the entire process. I honestly appreciate everything they did for me, the fee and the quality of work received. So, if you need roofing work done, their the best choice all the way around, hands down ????. Patrick and the team at Shield roofing did a Fabulous job for us when our roof was damaged in a wind storm. Patrick coordinated with our insurance adjuster and was able to point out items to the adjuster that they had missed. This helped us to get our roof replaced and also our damaged gutters. We were so glad to have Shield do our roof work, they did a seamless job and our roof is Beautiful!! We can Highly recommend them because of their great work and service!!!
