Mechanical Climate Control

We have used mechanical climate control for more than 10 years and will never call any one else to service our HVAC system. When anything in the house needs diagnosis or repair, I reach out to Farshad immediately and he is always so responsive and shows up almost the same day. He is knowledgeable, always right in rootcausing the problem and proposing the best fix. He has also fixed my water heaters, dishwasher, repaired my washing machine, disposal. There is nothing he can't do. He is honest and fair and the best person you can rely on to take care of your AC, Heater and other repair work. The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. An employee parked their van in my parking spot - I asked them to move their vehicle as my disabled husband needed to park. The employee gave me so much attitude, rolling his eyes. Then 1 hour later comes back and parks in the spot again- after I explained there were guests spots he could park in. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I would not recommend this employer if they treat people like this. Horrible customer service.

The service was great! Our washing machine broke down. After calling him, he promptly came for service and fixed our washing machine. He even had the parts with him, so we didn’t have to wait several days without a washing machine. So glad I contacted him, as another business I had contacted said there was nothing they could do and the best option would be to purchase a new washing machine altogether. His rates were also very reasonable. Next time anything breaks in our house, I will definitely call him again.
