Woke up to the pitter patter of many feet walking on my roof. Shingle scraping started and before I knew it, the roof was completely done within 6 hours. My wife was concerned it was too quick but they had a huge crew that moved quick and were detailed and carefulin the work. We recieved pictures real time of the progress and communication to let us know there was no water damage in need of repair. Great clean up of all debris and nails. Was impressed and would use them again. And noticed the nice dream catcher painted on my roof from the original install. Must be the reason I don't have bad dreams? Douglas arrived out on a weekend on but a moment's notice to inspect our home and diagnose the cause of a leaky window. He explained thoroughly what the trouble was -- an improperly installed J channel -- and what needed to be done to solve the problem. Today he arrived back with Cameron to fix the window. They worked swiftly to secure the window and a spot just below the roof that was waterlogged. They were competent and answered all our questions. They also cleaned up completely before leaving. What started out as a mess -- water leaking into our bedroom -- is a repair success! Thank you, Douglas and Cameron for your excellent work and Kyle for getting us on a busy schedule.
