Jeremy is one of the best service individuals for any company that I’ve ever worked with. I’m a perfectionist both in my home and at my place of employment so I expect customer service excellence. Jeremy never disappoints. He’s awesome. I just might hire him if I can find a place for him where I work. Just kidding… But he is an awesome asset to your organization. I hope you pay him well and appreciate him. However, I must say, your prices are not competitive. If it weren’t for Jeremy I’d switch because you’re about 30% higher for the jobs I bid out with the other companies. That’s a problem for me. It’s because of Jeremy that I pay the extra money.
