I recently used Roger the Roofer on a home I own in Plano that suffered hail damage after the May storm. The experience couldn't have been better or easier. I worked with my project manager Tom Caunitz who literally was with the process from beginning to end. He made it so easy! He met with me initially to review the steps and to cover all of the value-added features of their services. He was on-site to meet the claims adjuster from my insurance company and was at the home the entire day during the actual roof replacement. In addition to the roof and gutters that were replaced by insurance, they provided power washing of the sidewalks, driveway and back porch and even cleaned the windows. All included! Upon completion, Tom reached out to my insurance company to notify them of the work being completed and arranged for the final payment. My wife had met Roger a few years ago while spending time at her favorite Quilting store. He had stopped in and introduced himself. His shop is next door. I don't have any experience with roofers but I am leery of roofers that just knock on the door and really has no office. Roger on the other hand does have a permanent office so when time came to get roofing work done I told my wife to contact Roger without hesitation.
