Our Air Conditioner went out. Jose Argueta from Milestone came to our home on time, with a great attitude and outstanding professionalism, and found the issue within the first few minutes of being there! We were so relieved! I have met two Milestone employees. I had a new toilet installed and the employee went above and beyond on installing the commode. He kept all things clean and explained each step of the job to my husband me. He was friendly, present and on time. I also had an item replaced under warranty. Again, the employee was prompt and cordial. I am very impressed with the service we have received from the employees of milestone from the telephone personnel to the service men. We’re so pleased with Milestone and thankful we have them. They keep in touch with monthly services to ensure our units remain working well and last. James McCreary arrived today and was so kind and professional. He provided important detail of the services he would doing, and how long he expected it to take. He also took photos and videos of his work so we could see the health of our units and any areas that needed attention. If he hadn’t provided service today we most likely would have been in a situation where our unit would have gone out due to the increasingly high temperatures. Because of his diligent work and Milestones follow up we aren’t going to be put in that awful position of being without cool air in this Hot Texas heat.
