If I had to rate the best contractors I have used in the last 20 years, these guys would be at the top of the list. Why? There are many reasons, but the primary reason for this review is Dan C. The project I asked Dan and his team to complete was a big one; all new windows and exterior siding for the entire home. No matter what was going on, I could pick up the phone and call Dan directly. No 1-800 number, no holding for an hour to talk with someone in another country, I could call Dan and he would help me. I challenge anyone to find a company with better customer service than 1n20. The final product? I think the before and after pictures speak for themselves. Just ask Dan to see to the pictures. 1n20 took a home built in 1925 and basically made it brand new, could not have imagined a better result, absolutely fantastic!
