We couldn't be happier with choosing Lawrenz Contracting LLC for our roof replacement. Matt McCurley was very informative and attentive to our needs. He was sure to patch up our roof in between major storms to ensure no more damage happened to the roof. He was very helpful throughout the entire replacement process and tried to make it as stress-free as possible for us while working with the insurance company. When the install day finally came, he and his crew were on time, and as clean as possible while working. Afterwards, they were sure to pick up every bit of debris left over and put back our yard decor and furniture to where it was before. Russ and his team led by Juan are top-notch!! After 18+ years as a homeowner I have worked with multiple contractors and have had roofing work done previously. This was by far the easiest roofing job I have ever been a part of, and one of the best experiences overall in working with a contractor!! I’ve had bad experiences with questionable roofers in the past and there were no issues whatsoever with Russ. He was highly communicative and respectful of our time. Any questions we had with insurance or roof installation were thoroughly explained in great detail. The work done was for a complete roof re-deck and shingles after the hailstorms last year. There were challenges with our old roof that needed extra attention and they addressed every detail to my satisfaction. It was a nice surprise when the team also made a lot of improvements to the existing ventilation and recommended a better/safer placement of a vent pipe in relation to the fireplace.
