Bauer Roofing and Construction

I have never replaced a roof before. This was all new to me. Levi was not only patient with me, but explained everything that was going to happen start to finish. He was amazing, professional and followed through on every single detail. Phillip was the foreman for the job and never left our home from sun-up to way past sun down! They got it done in one day; made some upgrades without charging me extra; helped my mom safely get inside the house during all the construction; and cleaned up everything perfectly. Absolutely I would highly recommend Bauer Roofing and should I need them again in the future I will not hesitate to contact them. Great company; great employees; professional and honorable. I recently had to have my roof replaced due to a hail storm that blew through my area late last year. I would have never known about this hail damage if a person from Bauer didn't happen to catch me outside right before I was leaving for vacation. Boy am I glad he caught me. I'm really happy that it was Bauer that ended up working on my roof. I worked closely with Levi throughout the whole process. He was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns. Everything about this was quick and painless. The longest wait was coming from my insurance company to release the funds for the repairs. I will say to, Levi made sure the insurance company paid for everything they could. Not only did the roof get replaced, but the gutters and most of my window screens as well. The initial estimate was not up to par with what Levi and Bauer believed it would cost and they went back to the insurance company and requested a new insurance adjuster. I'm glad they did. Bauer Roofing did an excellent job of replacing my roof that was damaged by hail. The roof looks great and the cleanup left no nails in the flower beds or lawn. Their representative, Philip, was on the job during the replacement and he was very courteous and responsive to me. I will use Bauer again if necessary.
