Malek installed worst A/C we've ever had. A Trane. It came with the house we purchased new not 4 years ago. We did register equipment to get 10 extended warranty but that only covers parts not labor. Since the 1st year warranty ran out we've had to have it serviced 7 times. I would not recommend this company or the products they install. Service: Install AC

I requested a new grill to replace the old damaged one. L. Whitt sent one via service tech, Porfie, of whom installed it having to trim the wall. He was very professional doing the job.

I’ve been using Malek Inc. for years on my residential home and this past weekend was the first time you gave me reason to cuss you. First off your tech miss diagnosis the problem which cost me the price of a circuit board that wasn’t needed. Then when I called to try and get somebody out to fix for the second time what should have been fixed the first time I was told the charge would be time and half. That’s just plain crap. Ended up having to call somebody else to get the job done correctly which the problem was solved and repaired. Apparently the little man is not important to you anymore.
