I have been helped multiple times by Scott electric. My wiring is 70yrs old. Bryan Hope has been outstanding in all regards. Today Jobe and Jonah came to repair and install a poorly installed light fixture. I could NOT be more pleased with their professional skill and kindness!!! Once again you have spared my home from a fire risk. Thank you is never enough! Their price is Very reasonable, they are very quick response. We called them for quotes, Tino came & checked give us a quote right away. they ordered what we needed within 3 days all the job done! Called overnight and Bill told us he would come by around 12 next day. Next day goes by with no call no text nothing. At 2pm we called and got a text saying Bill is in a meeting. Still got nothing back an hour later, it’s now 4pm and still zero communication. We ended up having to go with another electrician because the hassle at Scott electric is unreal. The other company that is working with us mentioned that they had several calls today about Scott electric falling through and not making their appointments. I understand being busy, I do not understand the unwillingness to communicate that to the customer.
