Thought this co. Was great at First, but found out quickly in my opinion they are not. Sold me my Generac on July 29 or so, it still sits in operable on my property. I paid Mr. Castaneda $4500 for the plumber which I found out later he made the check to himself at his swift air company. I am a single, lady, senior citizen, and don’t have the time or money for this. He has done nothing to help me get this Thing resolved. Hopefully I’m helping others, steer away from this company.
I called this company on a friday to ask if they could send a tech to inspect why our A/C was not working. I told the lady answering the phone to ask tech to call us when he got to my residence. Because it is a big building and there has been confusion as to where we are located in the past, I asked that the tech call us when he got to our address in case we missed a light knocking on our door. We waited til 6:00 pm. I called but they were closed for the weekend, tried calling several times during weekend, no answer, even though they advertise that they are available 24 hrs. I am very disappointed with company, I would never recommend , based off of my initial experience with them. The tech left a receipt in the mailbox, we never got a knock on the door, or a even a call. I guess the tech was ready to start his weekend and did'nt care about us being the last call on his list most likely. The lady that I gave special instructions to, never contacted me to follow up...I am still
The tech did a great job explaining everything that he was going to do. The price was very reasonable. They did a great job. Will definitely save their number and use again when needed. Service: HVAC system repair
