John H. did a great job. Very polite. Explained his professional diagnostic results and the repair needed to fix the problem, as well as, the cost of the repair/part. He was always upfront and honest. Which was refreshing to see given our current times. I definitely recommend Tiger Heating & Air!

I highly recommend this company. I called them to set up vent and duct cleaning services. Thomas was very personable and helpful in setting everything up. He went above and beyond for us and I'll never forget that. Everything was explained to me as to what they were going to do in term of the work. Now the Two Matts came to do the work and these two guys were nothing but fantastic. I mainly dealt with one of the Matt's even though they were both professional. Matt, very much like Thomas, was very professional, absolutely no problem with communication and kept eye contact. I cannot say that I felt that I wasn't being listened to because Any question or concern I had, it was either answered or solved. I stayed out of their way, occasionally popping up to see if they needed anything or if something was in their way. Had Christian P come to my home on a very short notice due to having thermostat issues. He diagnose the issue and found the problem and explained to me why it failed. He is very knowledgeable in his field and respectful to me and house members. I will definitely use them again and refer Tiger Heating & Air to family and friends.
