Total Assurance AC & Heating

I have used Total Assurance since I bought my new home. They have inspected my old system. They have installed my new system. Adam and the crew are always on time. They have come over on a Sunday night when I was having problems with my old system. I have recommended them to multiple people I know and all are happy with their service. They came highly recommended to me when I moved to Corpus, and I cannot recommend them more highly for all ac and heating needs. Im a local home inspector, I use Total Assurance for my third party inspections as I truly trust their expertise and dependability. Our relationship has grown and I always recommend them to customers for repairs and installs. If you need repairs, maintenance, or installation of new systems these are the people.

I could tell the night before that something was going wrong with the blower motor in my ceiling. It had a vibrating noise that I had not heard before. I called Total Assurance AC Heating, and much to my surprise. they were their in at the front door within 2 hours on Saturday. The technician introduced himself (Josh) and he got to work right away. Josh had fantastic customer service skills and explained everything. He put me at ease. He said he could get the OEM blower motor within a couple of days or he had a universal in the truck that he could install that same day, and it was the lower cost option. I chose the universal motor. He took my blower out to his truck, inspected the fins, and cleaned everything up. The best thing was is that it was Saturday and I thought I was going to get the weekend rate and braced my self for the worst. However, that was not the case. The whole job was a a lot under what I thought it would be. I found it to be a great deal. I am very appr
