Vertex Roofing

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I realize I’m the hurricane aftermath, things are busy, but... this company cancelled an appraisal the morning of with no follow up call. Then after I had written them off, Nick called and apologized and said he’d do everything to make it right. We scheduled him to come look at my roof on Thursday and he called that day to say he’d look at it and then email or call me. Two days passed and I didn’t receive anything. When I called him, he could not have cared less. Worst in Corpus Christi, and that’s saying something. If I could give zero stars I would.

When hail season comes back around, you'll have your pick of roofing companies literally at your door. If you pick Vertex, you may wind up a leaking roof and unreturned phone calls, like me. Vertex replaced my roof in 2021 and it leaked, staining my bedroom ceiling. I identified the leak in the attic when Vertex was unable to. A contractor was sent out and further sealed the dryer vent. Buddy, the owner, called me denying responsibility and and told me to call an AC repair man [in January]. The roof continued to leak and Buddy stopped returning my phone calls. No problems with my job getting done. They were highly recommended and lived up to their word and reputation. They answered all my questions and if I had an issue or concern it was addressed right away. Awesome job guys!!
