I called at 7:15am on a Friday, and Franky was out and had the problem fixed by 10:30am. This was on July 28th, during their busiest time of the year. I've used A-Star since Alex, the owner, was a small operation installing HVAC systems. They've grown substantially, but they still take care of their customers. Recently I had to replace a tankless water heater that proved to be a little tricky. The guys at A-Star had to double back to make some modifications and they got on it quickly to make things right. Good attitude, good customer service. Much appreciated!

Mainline was backing up into my front yard. I called A Star Plumbing and explained the situation. The person that answered the call was kind, helpful and empathetic. They got a technician out to me within the hour. Jared, the technician, was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and worked with me on the price. I am so grateful for him and for the prompt and kind response from A Star Plumbing as a whole. Will definitely use them again in the future when I need a plumber and would recommend them to anyone, especially in an emergency situation. They wont take advantage.
