Amazing service from start to finish. Chris helped diagnose the problem and was professional and timely. Only AC repair I’ll trust with my house.

We had our unit slowly going out over the past couple of weeks. I came across their website on a Google search and gave them a call. They had the most reasonable fee for them to do the initial inspection to see what was wrong. After further review, I needed a brand new unit. Chris told me what kind of unit I needed and showed me the problems. I told him I was going to call a couple other places to compare prices and do my due diligence. He encouraged that. I talked to a lot of other companies for 2 weeks and Chris answered any questions I had during that time. After getting multiple quotes, the quote they gave me was very fair and I decided to go with them. Chris’ honesty and helpfulness was the number 1 reason I went with them. They installed my unit 12 hours after I gave them the green light to do the job. I am very pleased.

Chris was amazing. He came out after hours on a Friday before a Holiday weekend. We have a complex system (multiple units, air scrubbers etc.). He was able to identify the issue and worked late into the evening to help us find the issue. He also gave us some great information and remedied a couple of maintenance issues that we didn’t even know about. Ex: a clogged drain line that tripped another unit float valve.
