Troy Curtis and his colleague Taylor are both highly skilled and the most delightful people we could have hoped to worked with. I can’t say enough about their professionalism, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. We have worked with Public Service Plumbers on remodeling jobs and basic plumbing needs since 1984. They are the best!

The company has been purchased by Private Equity investors. They are only interested in maximizing revenue now. The prices have more than doubled and the techs are told to focus on selling as much as possible on each call. They replaced my toilet fill valve and when the job was done my toilet now made a popping noise when the tank filling ended. I asked why the toilet now caused the pipes in the wall to rattle and I was told the pipes had a problem already. The fill valve had the name Public Service Plumbers stamped on it. I bought a less expensive part at Home Depot and the noise went away after installation. No construction problems after all. I will never use or recommend Public Service Plumbers again. Never again. These guys have been terrific for the many years we've been using them. But after recently getting bought out by an out-of-town company that's rolling up lots of these HVAC companies, they've jacked their prices sky high. They did one hour of work with about $50 of parts but charged over $700!! Technician was terrific but these new prices are way out of line. Look elsewhere for a company that has fairer pricing.
