Public Service Plumbers

I have Always had wonderful experiences with Public Service Plumbers and this morning was no exception. We suspected that we had a water leak and had the water turned off while we were out of town for Thanksgiving. We returned last night and first thing this morning Jacob Armstrong, a Public Service technician, appeared at our door right on schedule. He was very friendly, polite, kind and efficient. He explored all the possibilities of a leak in our system, explained everything to me and concluded that our problem is most likely in the irrigation system. I was sorry that the issue couldn't be fixed but , due to all the information given, I know exactly who to contact now. Public Service is consistently trustworthy, competent and caring. The receptionists do a beautiful job, too. They are always welcoming and quick to get you set up with the service you need. Brandy was very much appreciated during this interaction. Troy and Taylor were the best plumbing experience I've had in a long time. Besides doing excellent work, they took the time to explain everything they were doing as well as giving me a thorough estimate on other plumbing needs in the house. Troy came out and reviewed all of our Plumbing. He was very thorough…looking at the hot water heater, all the sinks and valves in the kitchen and bathrooms, and the outside faucets. He prepared a detailed repot with pictures pointing out items we needed to address. During his visit he was very informative and friendly resulting in our trusting his work and advice. Great job Troy!!! We will definitely use you again.
