They were very quick to respond to my call. I called at about 430 and within 2 hours Uriel was at my door. He was personable, and was able to explain what he was doing. He had the pipe cleared quickly and efficiently. Normally I try to fix things myself, but I will definitely be calling again to have more services that need to be done. We called Pure Plumbing to replace a water heater that had started leaking. Our house is old and the water heater is located in an extremely inaccessible spot. We had only one day to get it fixed before embarking on a long planned, Texas-sized roadtrip. We called Pure Plumbing after searching for local plumbers. They were very responsive and scheduled a specialist to be on-site promptly to begin assessing our available options for fixing the water heater situation. We were astounded when they said they could replace the unit that same day. We wouldn't have to cancel the trip! Later that day, as promised, a team arrived and got to work. This was clearly the last of several jobs they had completed that day and it was a really tough one but they stuck to it and got the job done. They fabricated new connections that greatly improved the setup for the new unit making it so much easier to manage in case of emergency in the future. Not only that but it looks great too! Poor quality of work. The issue re surfaced within 30 days. Pure plumbing entina that their work is guaranteed for 30 days but they did not honor their warranty. The person who came by the second time did not want to do any work without charging a higher price for the same work and walked out of the house while I was still talking to him. I would never use their services again. Beware of their company’s plumbers- Dillon and Darron Branch. I spoke to the company’s service manager and he was not helpful either. He mentioned he will refund the amount I paid the first time around and I am still waiting for the refund. September 7, 2023- still waiting to hear from the "owner". The owner deleted my reviews from other social media websites! I am still waiting for my refund! September 13, 2023 - still no sign of the refund
