I called Pure Plumbing for a drain line inspection on a new home I was purchasing. We had a short option period and I wanted to insure that there were no issues with the sewer system since it was a very old house. Pure was able to get a tech out to the house within 24 hours. Their dispatcher Billy was quick to respond via text and kept me updated on their plumber’s ETA so I didn’t waste any time waiting around. Dillon was polite and knowledgeable. He showed us what he was seeing on his camera as he did the inspection and explained the future expenses that could come with an older sewer system so that I felt confident proceeding with our purchase. He also provided us with a recording of the inspection for future reference. They were very quick to respond to my call. I called at about 430 and within 2 hours Uriel was at my door. He was personable, and was able to explain what he was doing. He had the pipe cleared quickly and efficiently. Normally I try to fix things myself, but I will definitely be calling again to have more services that need to be done. We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday and could not secure a plumber whatsoever. Once we finally connected with Jacob Morgan from Pure Plumbing we knew we were in good hands. He promptly arrived to our home and immediately assured us he could fix the issue. He worked into the evening to complete the job so we could have water to our home.
