We called Pure Plumbing to replace a water heater that had started leaking. Our house is old and the water heater is located in an extremely inaccessible spot. We had only one day to get it fixed before embarking on a long planned, Texas-sized roadtrip. We called Pure Plumbing after searching for local plumbers. They were very responsive and scheduled a specialist to be on-site promptly to begin assessing our available options for fixing the water heater situation. We were astounded when they said they could replace the unit that same day. We wouldn't have to cancel the trip! Later that day, as promised, a team arrived and got to work. This was clearly the last of several jobs they had completed that day and it was a really tough one but they stuck to it and got the job done. They fabricated new connections that greatly improved the setup for the new unit making it so much easier to manage in case of emergency in the future. Not only that but it looks great too! Had an issue with water backing up in my laundry room. Called a plumber and they never called back. Found Pure Plumbing and was impressed by all the good reviews. They answered my call even though it was after hours and scheduled me for an appointment the next day. Daron was very professional, kind, and helpful. Definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future if I have any other plumbing issues.
