I hired Baker Roofing & Construction, Inc after a massive natural disaster hit our area in the summer of 2020. His company was the ONLY one (one of approx. 15 that I spoke with) to not only show up on time, but also provide a quote and scope of work to send to the insurance company. It was clear from the first adjustment completed by the insurance company that I needed professional help to get the scope of work correct and receive the appropriate payout amounts. After a total of 3 insurance adjustments, a structural engineer, multiple scope of work revisions and a year and half of fight - Chris the owner of Baker Roofing & Construction - was able to get the insurance company to where they needed to be with the correct and full repairs to the house. He was always easily accessible by phone and kept me up to date on timelines for repairs. Chris is very detail oriented and will make sure the little things are taken care of.
