We are very pleased with Cool Air. Damien was an excellent representative of the company. He came out a while back and we weren't ready to move forward, and when we were, we requested he come out. His thorough explanation of options and understanding of our needs was on point. The crew that did the install was great, too. Avis and Richard showed up early, left everything tidy and walked me through the new system Pleased all around.

A consultation time was set up with Cool Air Texas. The consultant was here on time. The ease of communication was amazing. I felt comfortable to ask questions and appreciated the direct, informative answer. We're hoping to replace HVAC units, but need to take a good look at our budget first.
