This company hires experience and qualified technicians. They share tips that will help you get longevity from your unit without asking. Very courteous, (wore shoe covers without asking them to) and had everything handy on their truck to service your unit. I have purchased both a heating and air conditioning unit from them, and glad I did, as they believe in service after the sale. Would highly recommend their sales and services to anyone.

The sale rep. Bernie showed up on time. He was very clear in his professional presentation. I signed and the installation team showed up on time on the agreed date. The field manager, James, was on top of the installation in case of any issues. I am very happy and satisfied with the Home Depot recommending COOL AIR TEXAS as the installers. I contacted them through Home Depot (received military veteran discount) about installing two new 5-ton AC units in my home.
