Avis and Ronnie were very professional and thorough, and were really good at explaining what they were doing. Mike kept in constant communication with me and followed up immediately on every question or concern. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Cool Air. From start to finish, they provided truly exceptional service. I contacted them through Home Depot (received military veteran discount) about installing two new 5-ton AC units in my home. Their salesperson, Damien came out, and he was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the different options to us. He helped us select the perfect units for my needs and budget. The installation team, led by James, was professional, courteous, and meticulous in their work. They took great care to protect my home while they worked and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. We ran into one or two very minor bumps, which James quickly resolved and the new AC units were up and running smoothly in no time.
