Our AC stopped blowing cool air on a 100 degree day- called Levy & Son on a recommendation and was able to get a tech out that evening to confirm the capacitor was bad. Kevin did a great job, he was very friendly and knowledgeable, and though he didn't have the correct size capacitor on his truck to replace mine during the initial visit, he was able to rig a workaround up to get it cooling at least until the correct components were available for a proper fix. The repairman Alec was awesome he made sure we knew and understood everything. He showed outstanding patience with us. He showed pictures an gave excellent referrals and suggestions. This guy will have us offering this company our long term business!
Chris did an amazing job today. He is very knowledgeable and he checked every little piece of our HVAC system. Kyle Thompson was also with him today, and he explained me the advantages of the membership program. I recommend both of them!
