I called about a problem with my HVAC, and instead of trying to make money off of me, they actually took the time to help me understand how to fix it myself. You can be sure I will call them whenever I actually do need professional help with my system!

I called and spoke with Al Fulton and described the issue we were having. He had a service repair person show up the same day! Justin was very professional and quickly found the problem. We needed a new condenser and Al even checked to see if we were still under warranty. Unfortunately, we were not but Cowboy A/C had a new unit installed the next afternoon! Cowboy HVAC saved the day for us. Our A/C went out and we needed a new unit. Cowboy had been out before for other issues and had done an excellent job. They were straight forward and honest about the situation. Told me he would try and have it done the next day. They came through, after already installing other units that day.
