Called for service for a failing AC 4:30 in the afternoon. Hedrick's had a technician on the way within the hour on the hottest day of the year. Quick diagnosis and reasonably quick repair although a bit expensive (who isn't these days) so I am very happy with their responsiveness and professionalism. Kudos to them. Yeah the customer service with these folks is impeccable. Just a really courteous, communicative, transparent workflow. The price they quoted me to replace my HVAC was a little higher than others, but there was straight up an issue with the equipment being installed (manufacturer's fault) and they took it in stride, got a replacement delivered same day, and got my AC running by the end of the day. I feel confident in the quality of work and that they did things in the right way. Service: Install AC
We called Hedricks yesterday evening past normal office hours with an issue and Chris showed up this morning to look into the master promptly. He's very knowledgeable,, and professional. We are satisfied and happy customers of Hedrick's for the last 23 years!
