Texas Airzone has been keeping watch over our residential heating and cooling system for over 5 years. The technicians have always been thorough in their explanation of preventive service reports. Any recommendations are prioritized for severity and urgency. Roy has been our technician for the last 2 years and is always prompt and friendly. He is efficient and able to make inspections and repairs in a timely manner. The company is excellent with their communication and is wonderful with text notifications. Cannot say enough great things about this company! We used them for residential geothermal service when the company that originally installed the units failed to properly troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix our loss of AC during triple digit weather. The customer service and support was top notch
I called Texas Airzone back in 2021 to get a quote on a system. Isaac came out and answered all my questions. I appreciate his no pressure approach. He has a wealth of knowledge. I am an engineer so I appreciate that. He came out for an issue that I requested help with, same day. The office staff is friendly and very responsive. Diagnostic fee is very reasonable.
