They worked with insurance to make sure everything was handled smoothly, they were responsive to my questions and did a great job with my total roof replacement. I asked them to come back to look at something a few months later prior to my home sale and they were there by 8am the next morning to answer my questions, handling everything very professionally. My chimney's trim pieces had failed and was allowing water into the interior of the attic space. Due to the height of the chimney and the steep slope of the roof, I was unable to make these repairs myself. I was concerned that this job was too small for a contractor to take, but Red Ladder Roofing stepped up and handled the project with ease. I found that their attention to detail, beginning with the initial on-site inspection, through completion was outstanding.
