Very pleased with the ease of setting an appointment. They are great about sending emails/texts with the estimate and when the electrician was on his way. Bruce was prompt, actually a little early, and did a great job. Very nice man and knows his job well. Will definitely use them again.

I reached out to James to run Ethernet wiring throughout my home as well as add in few addition outlets. The Ethernet cabling I asked for him to install he didn’t have available and required him to order through Amazon. He sent me a quote that night and it was wrong. Had to have him make two changes to it and even then it wasn’t right. The date we had set for him to come do the work he skipped with no call or text. When I reached out to him, he told me he ordered the parts for the job a week after our on-site estimate. And said the parts would be here the following Wednesday. We rescheduled the original appointment and again he skipped the appointment. No phone call, no text. It wasn’t until 2 pm that I reached out that he was at another job. He said the part was running late. Saying the same thing he did the previous week. He told me he was super busy and out of good faith, I decided to reschedule the appointment. And again, for a third time, no call, no text. I tried to call him dire

James was amazing. He told me before he even showed up that he usually could get the job done under an hour and sure enough he did. He knew exactly what to do and took care of the job.
