Strittmatter (Frymire) did an excellent job with the entire process to replace a 30+ year old HVAC system that was undersized with a properly sized Daikin heat pump system. The sales process began with Geovanni S. which required a bit of back and forth, but when Omar F. (the install manager) was brought into the communication the technical questions were quickly addressed. The only preparation work required was some electrical circuits which took a week to arrange and install. Within two weeks of first contact with Geovanni, the entire system, a 5-ton and a 3-ton unit, were installed in a single day along with new plenum returns and line sets! The install team lead by Miguel E. was outstanding and professional in every way possible with no mess left upon completion of their installation tasks. Our plumber/contact (Brandon Watts) was very pleasant and helpful, but the administrative system for your EASE Hot Water Heater program is a disgrace. We were not properly informed of important details in the contract prior to committing to the program. It was understood by the homeowner and Brandon, that at the end of the lease (after 8 years) that the homeowner would own the equipment outright. That is not what is stated in the contract and nowhere in your brochure is there any mention of the actual $800+ buyout fee. How can that fee be justified after paying for equipment for 8 years? Nobody would anticipate such an absurd expense! Overall, the brochure is unclear and not specific regarding important information about the program. Nor were we told that the home's deed holder (owner) had to be the individual to execute the contract. In this case, the homeowner of record is the wife but since we were not told of the ownership requirement, the husband executed the contract. That meant
