Straight forward, true to their word and did a great job! Another company , after a 2 hour walk around, said I needed a new unit. Strauss did the assessment in about 30 minutes, identified the problem and provided reasonable solution with a warranty! What a blessing. Thank you!
Cesar came quickly within two hours of calling and diagnosed the problem. He came in the morning the next day, and the whole job of a blower motor replacement was done in less than an hour. Great work! ————- Cesar came again for a capacitor problem on the outside unit. He came within 30 minutes and had the job complete in another 30-45 minutes. Very efficient. We didn’t have to suffer in the heat for too long. Great job! Will always call Strauss in the future.
