Jeremiah arrived out and was able to ping point the complication right away. He is professional and explained to me as he was cleaning it. recommended.

If Google offered 0 stars, I would give this experience that!! My 94 year old dad had a plumbing emergency. I called around looking for a 24 hour plumbing. I saw the reviews so I decided to try Theodore and Sons. An “answering service” answered the phone and I told the man who answered it was an emergency being that it says in their website 24 hours! He transfers me to an answering machine giving me their hours. I called back and the “customer representative “ answered again. I told him he transferred me to an answering machine and he just said, “that means no one is available “ and hung up on me!! Sour excuse for customer service. That’s cool if you’re available 8-5, but don’t advertise that you serve 24 hours and leave a sorry “answering service” representing your company! Thanks for nothing! Micheal was knowledgeable, competent, diligent, efficient and thorough. He did several tough tasks well, and completely cleaned up bit of any mess that resulted from his work. He was also very pleasant and professional. A++
