Both Nate and Justus were and professional; offering opinions without pressure. I was delighted that they were able to complete the project the same day as the estimate. They kept a tidy job area and let us know what they were doing throughout the process. They even took our old vanity out for us.

If Google offered 0 stars, I would give this experience that!! My 94 year old dad had a plumbing emergency. I called around looking for a 24 hour plumbing. I saw the reviews so I decided to try Theodore and Sons. An “answering service” answered the phone and I told the man who answered it was an emergency being that it says in their website 24 hours! He transfers me to an answering machine giving me their hours. I called back and the “customer representative “ answered again. I told him he transferred me to an answering machine and he just said, “that means no one is available “ and hung up on me!! Sour excuse for customer service. That’s cool if you’re available 8-5, but don’t advertise that you serve 24 hours and leave a sorry “answering service” representing your company! Thanks for nothing! project was completed by Nick (technician). Was thorough. Next day had a master plumber inspect the trouble further. Met with Marco Leary following day was able to further inspect my problems and pointed out several issues that I have to take care of to avoid major issues. Will do business again.
