Julio Oceguera was super professional and a really nice guy. He was timely and really wanted to ensure the church was properly taken care of. He didn't hesitate going up in the church attic several times in this Texas August heat. Because of his great attitude and customer service we'll definitely give Boone's AC a call in the future.
Anthony was neat, polite and very professional. With my direction he was able to quickly identify the problem, found the cause and rectified it on the spot. I will definitely use Anthony again. FYI, I initially tried to call J & S Air, Inc who was the original installers, but was redirected to Max Air. After speaking with Max Air, Anthony contacted me to let me know he was on his way. I received this text message from Boone's Heating and Cooling. I am not exactly sure who Anthony works for, but I would follow any path to find him again. Three hours later and my home is cool. Thank you all!
What a difference these guys make!! My Dad has been using Boone’s for over 15 years. I recently purchased my Dad’s house and kept service with them and continue to have an amazing experience. Kris has been my dedicated rep the entire time and he is always a phone call away to help with any issues I had with my old system. He is knowledgeable and friendly and went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal possible for my family. We upgraded our system last week and Kris was able to get us an appointment within days of picking it out and they replaced everything in one day!!. Our new system is fantastic!! I actually had to adjust it several times the first few days because it was too cold. Lol. Thank you Kris and Boone’s for being 1st class the whole way! My family thanks you!!
