Royal was good but the others will try to fill up their own pockets. When conflict arises, the customer will be blamed first. I am worrying if they will honor 5 years warranty or not.
We had a great experience from beginning to end with Aliter. They handled everything with our insurance company and made the process simple. Gordon MacDonald was our rep and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The scope of our project included new roof, gutters, garage doors, painting. I highly recommend Aliter.
Aliter was awesome! Once we signed up with them, they took care of negotiating and reporting directly to the insurance company while still keeping us in the loop. Jonathan made several trips to our house as worked progressed, and he was most helpful. All members of the work crews were skilled, respectful, and left the property as clean as when they arrived. We plan to use Aliter again if the need arises.
