Would give 6+ stars if possible. Zach came out to look into a noise we’d been hearing for a while from our roof. He called me the same day that I called the main office to schedule a visit. He was flexible and available to come as soon as the following day. When he came out he and his partner did a thorough inspection of our roof, at no charge! They noticed a small piece of metal that might be causing the problem, and secured it for us, again at no charge. They were honest, and didn’t try to get us to pay for things we didn’t need. Was buying a house that had solar panels on the house. After the inspection I was recommended to have the seller call their insurance and file a claim. It was approved for roof and gutters. The team came out and took more photos of the house and sent in supplement for additional work the adjuster had missed. Whole process was fast and easy. Roof looks great.
