Strittmatter Plumbing, Heating and AC

Kris was extremely thorough and detailed I'm explaing my AC system. I had a different company come out and tried to sell me a $25,000+ system without hardly diagnosing anything. Kris spent almost two hours checking my system from top to bottom, and provided pictures of his process. He found there was no leak and that they had improperly charged my system. Kris is an excellent technician. He called and arrived ahead of the scheduled time. He has aware of what was going on with my AC and made recommendations for updates. Working with Strittmatter has literally been a breath of fresh air. Service companies either don't answer the phone or they over promise and under deliver. That is NOT the case with Strittmatter. Jace and Felix actually listened to our concerns regarding the cooling issues we experience year over year and both technicians went about and beyond. We ended up going with a brand new unit which we knew would be pricey and when it came time to sign, Felix was very intentional and made sure all of our questions were answered.
