Working with Strittmatter has literally been a breath of fresh air. Service companies either don't answer the phone or they over promise and under deliver. That is NOT the case with Strittmatter. Jace and Felix actually listened to our concerns regarding the cooling issues we experience year over year and both technicians went about and beyond. We ended up going with a brand new unit which we knew would be pricey and when it came time to sign, Felix was very intentional and made sure all of our questions were answered.
