A/C unit quit working over a Saturday night, with 105 forecast for Sunday. Called Cory at 8 am Sunday, and he had my unit blowing cold by 1 o’clock. Very professional. I had an issue with my AC a year ago during June in Texas. I called about 4 AC companies because I was desperate for someone to get it fixed quickly. Cold Factor was the first to get back in touch with me so I got them out. They showed up promptly, their technicians are all professional and friendly, and their customer service is excellent. Flash forward to now, I had them come out for a different issue, but they again were prompt and helpful. The technician Jason was professional, friendly, and helpful. I just had to have a part fixed under warranty which luckily was a quick resolution, but he was prepared to provide temporary remedies while we waited for warranty parts since we have small children and a pregnant wife in the home. Luckily it wasn’t necessary but I appreciated his thoughtfulness. I also like that their system sends you a text when the technician is on the way, along with a personal profile so we know who expect is coming into our home. Definitely recommend them!
