Josh and his “Team”, specifically Adam did an outstanding job in taking the time to service a leaky “TNP” valve and making sure there were no other issues with the 2 water tanks they installed 9 months earlier. It’s hot in the attic these days where the water heater is located and Adam spent about 2 hours up there double checking….and then checked a third time to make sure all is well. He took the time to explain other features of the water heaters to make sure we had a full understanding of how the system works and warning signs to keep an eye out for. Worked with Adam this morning to help me fix a clogged tub drain. He was professional when he came in and knew exactly what needed to be fixed. He got it taken care of in about 15-20 minutes and that was with showing me that everything was working properly again. Highly recommended! Service: Drain cleaning

Called for a faucet repair. Josh payed absolutely no attention to my broken faucet, all he wanted to do was to sell me a hot water heater that he had in the back of his truck. I didn’t need a hot water heater. He even lied about the date on my hot water heater saying it needed replacing due to its age. Then he said he needed to get a part for my faucet and to reschedule. He kept canceling that appointment and rescheduling. After about 3 weeks of that, I called another plumber. The other plumber fixed my issue in about 5 minutes. It was a simple fix.
