At first they were great. Came out and repaired 3 toilets. Needed tub spout from guest bath changed out. Order put in. 6 months and many phone calls and text messages later, still waiting on new spout. Not so great on follow up. Starting to run out of patience with them!

My first experience with them was great, but I did not have good experience for the second time. My appointment had been rescheduled for five times even though I had paid them in full. I decided to cancel it and asked for refund. I wish it would work better. It may be kind of hit and miss when dealing with them. Services: Water heater installation, Water heater repair

We had a water leak in the yard by the water main. Called up Josh at D R Plumbing and they were by first thing in the morning next day even while it was raining and they were able to diagnose, and replace the damaged segment of the main sprinkler pipe the same day within two hours. Overall, very happy with them and will call them again if needed for any plumbing needs. Fair and competitive pricing based on my calls to several plumbers in the area. Also provides free estimates.
