Honest Home Services AC Repair

We were not sure what was wrong with our unit and called Honest. They were able to make it out to our house the same afternoon. The repair man Jake, was not pushy in anyway and took his time with us to figure out was was wrong. He explained what he was doing and answered all of our questions. They were also extremely reasonable priced. I cannot recommend Honest Home Services enough.

This is my and my husband’s first time using Honest Home Services, and we had a wonderful experience! Around this morning I noticed our thermostat screen didn’t have power. We read the reviews about Honest Home Services and thought we should give them a try. I am truly grateful for the wonderful feedback and reviews from their customers. We called Honest Honest Services and had Jake come over to our house within 30 mins. Jake was professional, very thorough, and he explained and showed us what was going on with our air conditioning unit. Plus, our cats loved him! The experience was wonderful, My husband didn’t have issues with scheduling a technician to come over to our house. Jake came over in a timely manner and finished everything, he already had the parts he needed. The price was reasonable and he explained the cost break down. The Honest Home Services team came to the rescue today for an AC that was out. With forecasts of temps over 107, we were concerned about how long we would have to wait. Honest's team came through within hours and had us back in the cool zone in no time. Andre and his teammate were professional, courteous, and did an extra pass over my entire system to ensure we would be set for the summer. Very happy with the results and would recommend again.
