Honest Home Services AC Repair

I cannot say enough good things about Honest Home Services! If you are looking for a heat and air company, stop your search now and give them a call. From my initial call, they were kind, professional & quick to come out to determine the problem with our A/C system. They were able to come back the very next day to replace the coil and the system has been running great ever since. They were very thorough & knowledgeable and did not try to sell me on a brand new system, but did give great advice on things to consider in the future. It was 7pm and my A/C went out (over 100 degrees outside). I started calling around to places that said they were open. Turned out that they actually are not. I called Honest Home Services, one of the owners answered (not some dumb answering service) and he committed to having a tech out that evening. A guy named Andre came out at about 8:30pm. I was amazed at how knowledgeable he was. He figured out the problem in less than 5 minutes and had the unit up and operating in less than 30 minutes. This is my new regular HVAC company!

We were not sure what was wrong with our unit and called Honest. They were able to make it out to our house the same afternoon. The repair man Jake, was not pushy in anyway and took his time with us to figure out was was wrong. He explained what he was doing and answered all of our questions. They were also extremely reasonable priced. I cannot recommend Honest Home Services enough.
