I called on Tuesday morning last week after my heater just quit working. Ken came 2 hours later, figured out the problem and had all the the problems with the heater solved and my heater was up and working again. Am very grateful for the service and highly recommend Ken and Harris Heating & Air Conditioning.
Harris Heating & Air Conditioning is a great company. I would recommend them to anyone. My salesman was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and helped me decide on which furnace and air conditioner was best for my house. Would definitely use them again.
Ken was super pleasant. He listened to all my input and thoroughly explained everything he did and why. Very satisfied with the results. Will use them as my regular AC company from now on. FYI, the service call fee is waived when they do work on your system. Not all companies do this. Definitely recommend Harris Heating & Air Conditioning.
