Got in contact with a couple different companies, they all said they would get back with me, two did, but only one quoted me for everything I asked for, and that my friends was Approved Roofing. Quote was a little on the high side, but you get what you pay for. The workers did a phenomenal job! Got the flashing around the chimney, and two valleys fixed. They also replaced some plumbing vent pipes that squirrels got to. Overall satisfied with the work, the warranty and the time it took the work to get completed. Larry Trotter inspected our roof which was very old at the time. He didn't give us any false hope. He is very honest. Our insurance company decided to honor our claim even though our roof was just very aged to begin with. Larry jumped in and helped us get the most for our money. He not only replaced shingles, but also some of the roof decking underneath in a few spots where ponding had become an issue over time. He added some turtle vents, and made sure everything was a blended color that looked great. The whole thing was done within a few days and the guys cleaned up and left the place looking great. The thing I appreciated most was how honest Larry was with us through the whole process. He did a quality job for an affordable cost.
