Our technician Dylan was extremely professional and proficient. I called for a tech and he came right away! Dylan shared all of his findings and walked me through all of his work step by step. Amazing tech both for knowledge as well as his ability to treat a customer with respect and make sure we had every thing we needed. Dylan arrived earlier than projected and I was quite thankful as our ac had been out all night. He performed an immediate inspection of our ac unit, thermostat, and attic ac . He was very thorough and went to work to quickly solve the issues. He was so polite and positive! He did not try and suggest any unnecessary repairs. I truly appreciate his attitude and knowledge.
