Carlos was a good person to work with - throughout the day. He was on time at arrival and spent the time to explain what had gone wrong with our AC unit of 20+ years and what the options were. He continued to answer questions by phone and text throughout the afternoon as we made our decisions about a new system. He is invested in the company and takes doing his job well very seriously. Joel installed our system and was great. He arrived on time, kept us well informed, left everything clean and in order - and of course, turned the air on after 3 days of 100 degree weather!! Stacia in installment was attentive and made sure all the details were covered and Carlos followed through after the fact to make sure all was well. A great experience from start to finish!! Jeramy and Kevin were absolutely a wonderful plumbers!!! They spotted out different things that I already knew needed to get done with the house and we will have him out again to complete those other things when needed.
