Can’t say enough good things about Chris coming to diagnose our electrical problem. Recently we had our water well replaced and the well installer could not diagnose the problem. 30 minutes was all Chris needed to find the problem! Great work, highly recommend Cross Electric!

A family member had some work done about 2 years ago. Recently the check light went on and it took 2 weeks to come check their work. What a coincidence, the warranty just expired. The young man was very pleasant and quoted a price. Cross disagreed and sent a revised bill. The service guy was there for about 30 minutes and the bill came out to $400. So if you don't mind getting ripped off cross is the place to go. $100 for every 7 minutes 30 seconds. To check and replace a battery.

I cannot thank Cross Electric enough! We are living onsite during a home remodel, and Cross got our main electrical items setup for pole power, including setting up the pole and adding circuits needed for our important items. At the last minute, we realized we also to ensure items such as our well pump and water treatment equipment would still be available. Cross came back Monday morning to get us taken care of before Oncor showed up to convert main power to the pole. Thank you! Your entire team is awesome!
