ClearWater plumbers are always easy to contact, quick to schedule and on time. Chris Price helped us with a plumbing issue today and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He was kind, professional, and the problem was taken care of only a short time after I noticed it! Thank you!
First time using ClearWater and their customer service and quality of work is second to none! When I first called, lines were busy and I left a message that was returned promptly. A service appointment was set quickly to evaluate my repair in a very reasonable time window that matched my availability. Logan gave me a call when he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. After inspecting my repair and giving me an estimate, he began the work. Throughout the process he gave me updates on how it was going and let me see the repair before he filled the hole in my yard and replaced the sod. In the end, I couldn't tell work was done in my yard. Shortly afterward, I was emailed my invoice as well as pictures he took throughout the repair process. That evening I received a follow-up call on the service. I would definitely use ClearWater again!
Let me start by saying, you should use Clearwater plumbing for your plumbing needs. They've done a great job. Where they fail is in the back office. I was charged for a 3 year membership of the Otter Club before it changed to year-by-year. Then, the next year, I was charged for a 1 year membership. I didn't need any more work done until the original 3 year membership would have expired. So why the charge for the 1 year? Well, after 2 months of trying to get a refund, which they readily agree is owed me, they still haven't refunded the money. I keep being told "oh, by the end of the week" or "Oh, it's been assigned to the team to handle, should be done by next week." I've been told the person in charge of all of this is named Sam. Sam, get your team in order and please refund my money. It's $99. Y'all make almost that much on a service charge, so I know money isn't the issue. Stop dragging your feet and get this handled.
