Richard - initial service call , arrived promptly as promised, diagnosed the issue with my very old system - from 2004, and scheduled a replacement quickly (within two days) after troubleshooting and finding the compressor was not functioning. Max - the installer arrived promptly on Saturday, as well and explained the work to be done, had his crew complete the work and programmed the new thermostat to go with the new unit about 4 hours later. Now I can monitor and change my temperature on my iPhone. They were professional and kind and my indoor temp is normal again. I would recommend these teams to anyone whose air conditioning fails, for quick resolution. I had called a different company that had been recommended to me, and they were booked for the next week, but recommended Aircons. I am really happy they did. Count me as a satisfied customer. I felt like this company and its employees truly bent over backwards to get there FAST, to DO what they said they'd do. They found the problem, and got it fixed immediately! It was really amazing actually!!!! Having dealt with a home warranty co for decades, experiencing the fact that warranty cos. can NEVER be reached by phone, & they take NO responsibility for incompetent workers that THEY'VE contracted, and for whom they are NOT RESPONSIBLE TO ANYONE, least of all the HOMEOWNER, I'm absolutely THRILLED to say I've CANNED my home warranty co and will simply apply those former monthly charges to savings instead of seeing it go DOWN THE DRAIN!!!
