Richard - initial service call , arrived promptly as promised, diagnosed the issue with my very old system - from 2004, and scheduled a replacement quickly (within two days) after troubleshooting and finding the compressor was not functioning. Max - the installer arrived promptly on Saturday, as well and explained the work to be done, had his crew complete the work and programmed the new thermostat to go with the new unit about 4 hours later. Now I can monitor and change my temperature on my iPhone. They were professional and kind and my indoor temp is normal again. I would recommend these teams to anyone whose air conditioning fails, for quick resolution. Richard did a thorough job explaining what the system is rated to do and where it is doing it correctly and where it is not. Our upstairs unit wasn't cooling, and he explained why and answered all my questions completely. He was so patient about going over some things again for me, even though he explained it well the first time. He made sure I was comfortable with the repairs that they made, and they did it so quickly! They had all the parts they needed on the truck, which was great! He also let me know about things to watch out for, and he had pictures of everything we discussed both before and after. I was very impressed!
