Great Brother Electrical Services

We had this company come out to give us an estimate on a chandelier repair. They showed up 50 minutes late, measured, but never sent a quote. My husband texted them several times. They have a read receipt on. Messages were read and they never replied.

Great Brother Electrical is truly GREAT! I’ve been searching for a good electrician and I strongly believe I found the one I’ll be using for all my electric projects. I reached out to three other electrical companies and they quoted me a service/estimate fee at $49, $59 and $79. I understand they need to make money, but I did not feel comfortable paying for someone to give me a bid. I needed to know the price upfront and to meet the person to get a feel of what they’re like before hiring them for the job. Great Brother Electrical was very responsive from day one. After checking out several electricians online and getting other bids, I was most impressed by the strong ratings and glowing comments about Great Brother Electrical Services. When I called them about the job we had, they scheduled it promptly and did the work the next day. We asked them to install two new lights above our master bathroom vanities and a "smart" ceiling fan with three different light settings. Jesse and Jorge did the work in an exceptional way. They were careful, did masterful work, and cleaned up at the end so well that there was no evidence they had been here except for our having a more beautiful and comfortable home! Another bonus of hiring them was that one of the two brothers who founded the company, Jose, stopped by to check on their work.
