My husband and I just moved into an older home knowing the electric panel would have to be replaced meet code. We just didn’t know how difficult it would be to find somebody reliable for the job! We had 4 different companies contacted for quotes and they either just stopped responding to emails, didn’t show up when we had an appointment, or had a quote that was 5 figures. I saw the amazing reviews for Great Brother, and took a chance. I am SO glad I did! They replaced everything, added outlets, rewired existing fixtures, added a patio light, covered boxes in the attic, updated outlets, and even connected my Wyze video doorbell when they saw it sitting there!!! They were so responsive, polite, worked clean, and always on time! I had the whole job completed within the week of initial contact. We had this company come out to give us an estimate on a chandelier repair. They showed up 50 minutes late, measured, but never sent a quote. My husband texted them several times. They have a read receipt on. Messages were read and they never replied.

This company provided very fair and honest costs to fixing issues. They worked late into the evening to complete the project. The owner came back the next day to double check the work and provided helpful information to me about what was done. Each worker was very personable and took care to address all my questions.
