Roland was awesome! He was on time, professional, kind and friendly to me and my goldendoodle. He was so hands on with why he was visiting today. He saw the problem and was right on it. Solved a problem and explained to me the issue. I was actually glad I called Milstone and I signed up for their program at $19.99 per month. That is a value to me! I have an appointment for next week to check out my HVAC. Loving it!!! Thank you Milestone????????????????????

Rafael took his time and fully diagnosed my problem, and then scheduled a return visit and completed the repair. He gave me detailed explanations along with photos - and he never complained about working in the attic heat in July. I will ask for him by name the next time that I need AC work performed.
